Cycling

Cycling is a beautiful thing – not only does it get you from A to B with sustainable transportation preaching rights, there’s the added bonus of burning those calories (I always feel like I deserve that giant gooey cinnamon bun after a good cycle) and endorphin release. Cycling outdoors is a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout – you’re not a confined hamster on a treadmill consistently checking that blaring red minute counter.

My two babies I currently use:

2008 Specialized Allez Elite (Shimano 105 drivetrain)

2012 Soma Double Cross (Shimano Deore XT drivetrain)

I used to have:

2010 Devinci St. Tropez (Shimano Acera drivetrain)

1987 Norco Eurosport Tri-A (my first, she was a beauty I wish I could keep but a studio apartment can only hold so much)
